Built as a Gilded Age Grand Dame for founders of the F.W. Woolworth Company, the opulent mansion on 22 lush acres is now a boutique bed and breakfast resort hotel where relaxation, rejuvenation and reconnecting with self, your mate or friends and family comes first. Enjoy a spa vacation, a romantic rendezvous or a girlfriend getaway. Or be on your way to a more fit and fabulous you with our health and wellness programs. At The Mansion at Noble Lane, the possibilities are endless—just like our scenic views.
The Resort
No expense was spared when the wealthy Strongman and Miller families built their farm estate beginning in 1903. Ornate iron gates open to invite you down a long path lined with imposing Norwood Maples. At the top of the hill sits the 25,000-square-foot mansion, pretty in pristine white. With 14 unique guestrooms, the Mansion at Noble Lane is intimate enough for personalized service, yet everything you need is right on premises. The resort features:
* Leaves, a glassed-in tearoom
* Ripe, a fun fruit bar
* Demonstration Kitchen for cooking classes
* Conference rooms for meetings and lectures
* Complimentary wireless internet throughout the property
* Indoor and outdoor spaces ready to accommodate private gatherings for up to 400 guests
* Plenty of on-site parking
* Tennis, volleyball and basketball courts
* Formal English Garden
* Great lawn for croquet, bocce, bat mitten and other lawn games
* Numerous magical outdoor spaces, including a secret stone arbor and a fireside lounge with an endless supply of marshmallows for roasting
Brooklyn-based Ibo Interiors helped owner Monique Greenwood create a design sensibility for the resort that is sophisticated and chic yet makes itself at home within the historic mansion, which features elaborate fireplace mantles, intricate moldings and unexpected architectural details like coved ceilings, webbed windows and completely oval rooms. Common spaces and private sleeping quarters are furnished with unpretentious elegance, and you can rest assured there’s nothing stuffy about the décor—or the attitude of the resort for that matter!
